I am a Nature Explorer, Lighting Designer, Dog Lover, and RMT who splits her time between Stratford and Toronto. I am offering massage therapy in an inclusive and ethical space and my goal is to provide you with a treatment plan that is customised to your health and wellness needs.

I am trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and joint mobilization. In addition to relaxation and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, I have clinical experience in massage for clients with MS, cancer care, scar and post-surgical massage.

My approach is slow and intentional and embraces a holistic point of view.

I graduated from Sutherland-Chan in 2022, The Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Bad Ischl, Germany in 2011 and the University of Toronto before that. Massage is my second career following many fulfilling years as an award-winning Lighting Designer in the performing arts.
